Cum afara e cald si nu prea am chef sa stau in bucatarie deasupra aragazului, prefer sa fac mancarea care nu cere sa fie gatita. Doresc sa va prezint un singur video cu 4 retete delicioase, simple si usoare pentru noptile calde de vara.

INGREDIENTE

Lipie Greceasca (8 bucati)

  • 500 g faina
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • 1 pachet drojdie uscata
  • 15 g sare
  • 40 ml ulei de masline
  • 250 ml apa calduta

Tzatziki

  • 2 castraveti medii
  • 200 g iaurt grecesc gras
  • 1 catel usturoi
  • 1 lingura ulei masline
  • 2 linguri suc lamaie
  • Marar dupa gust
  • Sare dupa gust

Salata Greceasca (3 portii)

  • O rosie mare
  • 200 g branza feta (sau telemea)
  • 1 castravete mediu
  • 1 ardei mediu
  • 1 ceapa rosie medie
  • 100 g masline (preferate)
  • 50 ml ulei de masline
  • 30 ml suc de lamaie
  • 1 lingura oregano
  • Sare, piper dupa gust

 

Limonada castraveti

  • Zeama ramasa de la castravetii storsi
  • 70 ml suc de lamaie
  • Cateva frunze de menta
  • 1L apa minerala sau apa plata rece

INGREDIENTS

Pita Bread (8 pieces)

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 package dried yeast
  • 15 g salt
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 250 ml lukewarm water

Tzatziki

  • 2 medium sized cucumbers
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste

Greek Salad

  • A large tomato
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 medium sized bell pepper
  • 1 medium sized red onion
  • 100 g olives (your favorites)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cucumber lemonade

  • Leftover water from squeezed cucumbers
  • 70 ml lemon juice
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1L sparkling or flat water
